Change of Mind

We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind once products have been opened or used.

If your order is unopened and unused, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to discuss a return. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will arrange your refund where applicable. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

We carefully check and pack every Little School Starters order, but if your order arrives damaged, faulty, has missing components, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue.

We will work with you to arrange a replacement, refund or other appropriate solution.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this Returns Policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

You may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund where a product is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise does not meet the consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.
