Emotional Regulation Pack

Our Emotional Regulation Pack has been thoughtfully designed to help children recognise and understand a range of everyday emotions through play-based learning.

Using engaging matching activities, children will explore different feelings, identify facial expressions and connect emotions with real-life situations. These early conversations help build emotional awareness, develop empathy and give children the language to express how they are feeling.

The activity is designed to be revisited again and again, encouraging meaningful discussions and supporting children's confidence in recognising and managing their emotions over time.
